Do you ship worldwide?

We ship Clamor Glamour out products from USA to all North and South America via Fedex. You can order from the comfort of your home, with the certainty that we make sure we will do our best to deliver goods as fast as possible. It takes just a few days to receive your order, wherever you are, however, we do not guarantee accurate delivery time due to possible delays resulting from: strikes, customs delays etc. If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us at orders@clamorglamourusa.com

How much should I pay?

The prices on our website are currently in US Dollars. We accept payments by credit card Amex, Visa, MasterCard via PayPal and Amazon payments.

What happens once I’ve placed my order?

We will begin processing  your order immediately. When the goods are in the storehouse, they will be packed carefully and shipped within five working days. Once we receive your order, it is impossible to change or delete it. If you have mistaken the shipping address, it is not possible to modify it, but please contact us at orders@clamorglamourusa.com as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship via express courier FedEx, the shipping costs is free for USA costumers and varies based on the items ordered and the country they will ship to.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping code.

Guarantee

We do everything we can to make our products as strong as possible. We want our product to be used every day and it can’t do without it. We invite you to take care of the Clamor Glamour products as if it were a treasure. The warranty for manufacturing defects is 6 months. In case the product breaks during this period of time, please contact us immediately in order to define what has happened and find a solution to it.

What is the return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your new Clamor Glamour product, but if you unbox the packaging and you find that the product is not exactly as you ordered, email us immediately. We will authorize the return. TIMING: You have strictly 14 working days from the delivery date to return the product ( the postmark must be placed within 14 days from delivery date). We are a small independent design company and we are not able to have lots of goods in the storehouse, therefore it is important for our business that the returned items are in great conditions and that the return will be done as fast as possible. CONDITIONS: We can only accept returned items that have not been used and are as the way we shipped it. Our company will never send you goods that have been used. If we realize that the product has been used (even for just one day) we do not accept the return.

Therefore, in the unlikely event that the product is not suitable for you after you have used it, resell it privately or give it to a friend because the return will not be accepted. EXCHANGE we are not able to replace the product with another model. So if you decide to change it for another product, you should return it first and then place another order. REFUND once the good get returned  and it is at the original state and unused, we will check it and then we will accept the refund. Depending on the payment, it can take a few weeks to have the refund in your bank account. EXCEPTIONS If you send us used goods the shipping costs will be charged on you. If the goods are received damaged we will not refund you, but we will send you the pictures of the damage so you can ask for a refund from your shipping company. The shipping costs and import taxes are not refundable. For customers outside the US who have not paid customs duties, the returned item will not be accepted until the payment of associated fees are charged to the sender.

Do I have to pay taxes or import taxes?

If your delivery address is within the US taxes are charged based on the state the order is made from. Product prices for all other destinations do not include taxes, but you can pay import taxes and fee for delivery. Import taxes vary widely throughout the world, so please contact your local customs office for further details.
